Cockroach Control
German roaches breed indoors and need a dedicated treatment. Wood, oriental and American roaches are covered by our general pest plans. Either way, we find where they hide and get rid of them.
Signs you may have roaches
- Roaches running for cover when you switch on a light at night
- Pepper-like droppings or dark smear marks in cabinets, drawers and behind appliances
- Egg cases or shed skins in cracks and crevices
- A musty, oily odor in the kitchen or bathroom
- Small light-brown roaches with two dark stripes behind the head, the mark of German roaches
How we handle it
- 01
Identify
The species decides the plan. German roaches live and breed indoors; wood, oriental and American roaches usually come in from outside.
- 02
Prepare
For German roaches, you’ll empty cabinets, clean up grease and crumbs, and move furniture away from the walls using our checklist.
- 03
Treat
Targeted treatment of cracks, crevices and hiding spots. People and pets leave for 1–4 hours, or as your technician instructs.
- 04
Follow up
A two-week follow-up treatment can be scheduled on request, at 50% of the original treatment price.
Good to know
- Expect to see some roaches for several days as they come into contact with the treatment. That’s normal.
- Don’t clean treated areas for at least two weeks unless your technician says otherwise.
- Keep food sealed, counters clean and clutter down to prevent reinfestation.
- Cockroaches can spread Salmonella and E. coli, so kitchen infestations are worth treating quickly.
