How much does pest control cost?+
General pest control starts with a $199 initial service. After that, a quarterly plan is $125 per visit and a semi-annual plan is $199 per visit. A one-time treatment is $199 and covers wasp and hornet nests on the structure. Mosquito plans run $65 to $85 a month by yard size. Bed bug, flea, roach and rodent work is quoted after a free inspection, because the price depends on how far it has spread. A termite inspection is $120. Inspections for general pest, bed bugs, fleas and roaches are free.
Do I have to sign a service agreement?+
Only for recurring service. A one-time treatment does not require an agreement. Our quarterly and semi-annual plans are set up as a 12-month service agreement, and those are the plans covered by the re-treat guarantee.
How often should I schedule treatment?+
A quarterly program is what we recommend, with semi-annual as the lighter option, since pest control products degrade over time from UV rays, rain, wind, and temperature changes.
